FlockSoft was founded with a frustration and a hypothesis. The frustration: AI had enormous potential, but most businesses were being served by consultants who handed over recommendations and walked away. The hypothesis: if you built the software yourself — if you operated it in production, felt the edges, and iterated in the real world — you could build implementation services that actually worked. We tested that hypothesis by building LaunchSEO, our first AI-native SaaS product. The results proved the model. What followed was a portfolio of purpose-built products and a services practice trusted by enterprises across healthcare, logistics, financial services, and beyond.
Today FlockSoft operates as a dual-engine company: a product studio that identifies high-friction industries and builds AI-native software to transform them, and an implementation partner that deploys those same capabilities inside the world's most demanding organizations. The two sides feed each other. Our products make us better implementers. Our implementations make our products better. We are builders first, operators second, and advisors when absolutely necessary.
